• Property address
• Budget / ceiling (the maximum)
• Ideal / target price
• Required terms — deposit, settlement, conditions, inclusions
• Any timeframe you want us to work to
• The internal team member we hand the deal back to once the offer is accepted
• Your name, agency and contact details
