FAQ
The questions agents ask first
Straight answers on how the white-label desk works. If yours isn’t here, call and ask.
Whose brand does the client see?
Yours, only. Foxhound is fully white-label — the end buyer never sees us. We report the result back to you, and you deliver it to your client as your own work.
Who holds the licence?
The instructing agency. Our negotiation services are performed under your agency’s licence and supervision — your agency is the principal. That keeps everything properly licensed and lets you engage us straight away.
How does confidentiality and no-poach work?
Both are written terms in every agreement. We keep your engagement of Foxhound confidential, and we commit — one way — never to contact or solicit the clients you introduce. Your clients stay yours.
What exactly do you do — and not do?
We secure one nominated property by private-treaty negotiation: strategy, all vendor and selling-agent communication, and every offer and counter-offer, negotiating terms as well as price. Sourcing, due diligence, building & pest, strata, contract review, finance, client management and settlement all stay with you.
How do I instruct a deal?
Call the desk or send an email with the nominated property, your client’s ceiling and target price, the terms you need and any deadline. Once we have a complete brief we confirm and get straight to work.
How fast do you move?
Most instructions can be actioned within one business day of a complete brief.
What happens if the deal can’t be won?
We tell you straight away. If the vendor won’t meet your client’s terms and your client moves to a different property, that’s simply a fresh instruction.
Which states do you cover?
We can act on instructions in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. Because we work under your agency’s licence and supervision, tell us your market and we’ll confirm the arrangement.
