Foxhound Property Group provides private-treaty negotiation services to licensed buyer’s agencies. Where those services involve the performance of licensed real-estate functions, they are performed under the instructing agency’s licence and supervision, with the instructing agency acting as principal. Foxhound does not independently act for buyers in any state or territory in which it is not itself licensed to do so.
